Life can get really busy. Whether it’s a family emergency, crazy traffic, or a simple mix-up of appointment times - we get it. We’ve been there. However, your appointment time is reserved just for you. Therefore, the following cancellation policy, late policy, and no-show policies have been created to help respect your time and ours:

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Appointments can be cancelled online prior to 24 hours.

Patients, new or existing, who provide less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee using the card on file. Emergency reasons for cancellation are accepted case by case. Leaving a voicemail prior to 24 hours is acceptable.

If you are sick or feeling ill at all, please contact the office and we can reschedule.

1st Late Cancel: $0.00

2nd Late Cancel: Half of Treatment Cost, i.e $30.00 for dogs

3rd Late Cancel: Full Price of Treatment Cost, i.e. $60.00 for dogs

LATE POLICY & NO-SHOW POLICY

Please know that we keep on schedule. Traffic fluctuates with the season. If you are late by 5 minutes, this will reduce your treatment time.

We will contact you 10 minutes into your appointment. If you are a No-Show, you will be charged for that missed appointment cost.

If you are running extremely late, please contact the office. We can see if we can move your appointment down or take the next person.
